1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and ckd44 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on ckd44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ckd44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of local and international payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: ৳200,000. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.

Bonus funds must be wagered at the specified rollover requirement before any withdrawal can be made. 5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ckd44 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in your account:

• Collusion with other players to fix results, share information, or fraudulently claim bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or using ckd44 for any activity that violates applicable Bangladeshi law, including the Money Laundering Prevention Act.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account-related process.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

ckd44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
